Fun for all!

We went with a group age range 20-75 and all of us loved it. Yes, there were a few holes but it was fun and enjoyable. I don't think it would have been worth going 3D.

Not what I thought

If you are a girl who saw a preview to this and thought, oh this would be a cute hero love story, DON'T GO! It was disturbing, horrifying, and way too gorey. It is not for kids, teens, or adults who dont like horror movies. But Obi-Wan (Ewan) was pretty awesome.=)

Jack the Giant Slayer

There were some pretty tense moments in the movie, but, of course, it all came out right in the end. The actors were "fun" to watch and believable in their parts. The story was engaging and well-presented. The giants were terrible and terrifying. It was definitely an enjoyable experience and one I would encourage parents to share with their kids.

A Delightful Re-telling

This was great for any age. The special effects were superb! The acting was pretty good. The story-line stayed true. I will purchase Jack/Beanstalk and Hansel/Gretal when they arrive in the store. What are you waiting for? While others re-hash classics . . . badly, the re-telling of our favorite stories is within reach.
