I couldn't wait until this one came out. Had to see it opening weekend! My husband and I loved it! It was so suspenseful and you really get drawn in to feeling for the characters. Definitely a must see in the theater! It just won't be the same on video, but I'm sure we will be buying this one! The special effects were awesome, I even found myself grabing my husbands arm, pulling on it a little and squeezing his hand a little tighter at moments.

You know it's basically the story of Jack and the beanstalk but it was given with a twist and it was neat getting the story from the giants point of view as well. It was soooo cool in 3D and I enjoyed every minute of it!!

This was a great family movie. It has a great story line that everyone in your household will love. My 9 and 11 year olds both love it!

If you want fairy tales and special effects done right, you might want to turn away from this film because it will put you to sleep at even the slightest.

I loved this movie. The story line was great (action, romance, adventure) and the effects (three D and I Max) really added to the enjoyment. This is not for really little kids - I think it would be a bit scary for them. However, I think from 7 or 8 years on - it's a wonderful movie!
