Yash Chopra - what a fail.

This is the first ever Shah Rukh Khan movie that I've HATED. SRK age = 47, Katrina age = 28. Why is SRK kissing Katrina?! Cradlerobber much?! I mean Chopra should have known better. Why not cast a younger actor or an older actress for the roles here? I got so disgusted watching the kiss scenes and ughhhh the sex scene... why?!

There was no chemistry between the characters at all. There were so many parts of the movie where we got seriously bored and they could have been cut shorter. The Challa song needed to be shorter... or at least make the video more interesting. Seriously.

It's a ****** love story about an annoying female obsessed with making retarded vows to God. How anyone could love her is beyond me. Ridiculous.

Jab Tak Hai "Katrina and Anushka"

Jab Tak Hai Jaan? should be renamed as Jab Tak Hai "Katrina and Anushka". Shahrukh is dead after this movie. Was he there in this movie? Man, I am suffering from Retrogade Amnesia just like producers of hindi movies who conveniently forget..........that amnesia is overused formula. If Katrina is sugarcane then the song "Ishq Shava" is sugarcane juice. Katrina has been exploited to the fullest extent in this song. Another best performance by Anushka by the way. If you always order thigh and leg piece when you visit KFC, then Katrina and Anushka will satiate your appetite.

The Best Love Story....

Indians will not appreciate this kind of cinema since its foreshadowing and different but people who really appreciate films will understand. Shahrukh Khan is stunning and along with Katrina and Anushka. This movie is meant for more modern and western type cinema and as the makers said before that the movie was a modern take on a classic tale, 100% satisfied with Yashji's message and belief in love.

PLEASE SAVE UR TIME, MONEY AND FAMILY

Jab Tak Hai Jaan (3 stars rating): 2nd half of the movie is pretty good; however, 1st half is 1:20 hours long, from which only 20 mins is relevant for the movie, rest an hour of the 1st half is just irrelevant and unnecessary, and shot to make the movie LONGER. I was waiting for THE INTERVAL.
All three actors (SRK, KAT, ANUSH) don?t need any CHEAP shots to make the movie hit; they themselves have the charismatic and act pretty well. Yet, Late Mr. Yash Raj did some job which I WASN?T expecting neither from him nor from SRK because his films are considered as FAMILY FILMs. But this time SRK pushed my hope down.
Now my rating about entire movie:
Scenario and Location (9/10)
Family Movie (2/10)
Songs (5/10) ? only like one song (first ever song)
Dance (6/10) ? Katrina rocks in dancing
Katrina acting and role (4/10) ? she was misused
SRK acting and role (8/10) ? he did his best but some unnecessary scenes
Anushka acting and role (10/10) ? no one be suited for this role than her

watch it for srk....

srk is young at heart but close up reveals his true age. tip to the fimmakers - its fine to portray deep emotions with extreme close up's but i dont want to see his wrinkles. His dimples can still be seen from far and that is enough to get his fans going. Srk does not have to try too hard to do what he does best - romance. He looks rugged, manly when he is acting his age at the very beginning of the movie and towards the end. The bearded look suits him to a tee plus the guys will love the royal enfield chugging thru leh-ladakh. Story is not innovative but then yash chopra was never a director to go for realism. He made a dream and it looks like a dream with the locations, the hills, the snow falls, the slow motions. watch it for the beautiful picturization. Anoushka does what is always does. act chirpy, jump around and gives something like a soda break. Music sounds more yash chopra than rehman. Watch this movie for cinematography and srk is no particular order

Dont waste your money, play lottery with it

I would request you to stay away from one of most boring flicks ever. There is no chemistry between the couple, katrina is toot all for SRK. The storyline starts as a titanic minus the ship. Then takes a few twists and drops into oblivion.

I am a huge SRK fan and he did justice to his role. He acted very well but the story didn't have much spice. There were scenes that were too much of a drag and Katrina Kaif's acting was below the expectations. She really needs to learn proper hindi to make her dialogues come more natural. Anushka's role was very good and she acted the best out of the two girls. Although the story could have been much better, SRK still rocks!!! It's not the typical Yash Raj Romance. I did not feel the KAJOL SRK PAIR. The chemistry between KAT and SRK was not comparable.

Only die hard SRK fans will enjoy.. rest stay away

First half boring... second was better thanks to Anushka.. SRK was better in the second half.. he looks too old to play a 25 yr old.. Kat looks pretty but wasn't up to the mark even though she had the lead role. The only positive in the movie was Anushka.

Usual Yash Chopra Movie

Good cinematography, lovely to see Anushka again with Sharukh Khan. It's always a happy go movie at the end. But as there is always a lot of expectation from Yash Chopra every time a new movie comes in, this was not up to the mark.
Saying that, any day it will be a better movie to watch when compared to 95% Bollywood movies releasing nowadays.

Few things are consistent and probably will never change, how beautiful women look in an Yash Chopra Movie, beautiful locations, Anushka's vibrant acting, Shahrukh's romance and Katrina's irritating emotional scene performance and her hindi dialogue delivery.

It's a one time go for sure. Songs are too good.

Die hard SRK fans can endure this ordeal called JTHJ. Anuska has done well, Katrina looked ravishing and SRK looks gr8 in the army uniform and the jackets. That's all I can say about JTHH.

Not bad if you have seen it and wont miss if you havent

This is not the best work of Yash chopra on silver screen but i still went to see how he has picurized romance this time. I like the chopra's movies where they paint classic romantic stories with the dilemmas of being in love and then getting to a decision. This tries to do it and succeed at times. My Fav dialog in the movie belongs to Rishi Kapoor and like the background theme. I did not mind being in the theatre and see it undfold in 3 hours. Take your pick!

Lovveeeed it!

Loved the movie,the actor and actresses.specially shahrukh khan(can't not love him!!!!) and of course kat but wanted anushka w/ SRK at the end but o well. And of course it was yash chopra's last one, and best and most emotional and romantic movie everrrr!!!! Will always be my fav from today on and wish I could keep,going to watch it again but can't cause I can't drive alone on the highway b/c I'm only 16:(((
But shahrukh if your reading this I love uuuuu !!!!!!!l love u,love u,love u!!!!!!
