Everyone should see this in the theater even if you've seen it a dozen times before. There are so many life-lessons throughout the story. It's about doing the right thing, about caring for others, about family and love and learning to open our eyes to appreciate what we have. This was Jimmy Stewart's first film after return from service in WWII which makes it that much more of an American Classic.

Great classic holiday movie! Must be seen on the big screen.

Treacly sentimentality coupled with a pandering, simplistic religious worldview combine to make this one of my all-time least favorite movies.
