Philip Ahn guest stars as Charley Huan, an elderly Chinese expatriate who has built up a huge gambling empire. Now Charley wants to pay a return visit to Formosa, but the U.S. government refuses to grant him a visa. In exchange for his return, Charley offers to hand agents Kelly and Scott the one million dollars he holds in back taxes. By the time the agents discover that the money has been "packaged" in the form of a solid gold chair, they also must contend with Charley's greedy -- and homicidal -- relatives.
