I like the movie !
The acting, music, directing, cinematography, writing, special effects were very good.
This movie has a message, that make you meditate on the purpose of life, and I like that.
I will recommend it to all kids and adults.

From the early trailers, I expected something rather dark, brooding, and exploring the profound effects of a life changing experience (a la The Avengers) as Tony Stark went back to living his "normal" life.
What I experienced was something which wanted me to suspend my disbelief too far (even for an Ironman movie). It was a bit insulting.
My oldest and his two friends (12 yrs old) LOVED it. They gave it an average of 8.5 out of 10.
For me, it was probably the worst of the three. It felt like this movie tried to be so many things, but it left me feeling shortchanged on most levels. It was a shotgun approach which failed to hit many of the targets (sub-plots) it tried to address.
Having said all that, I actually enjoyed Ben Kingsley's character in the end, and I liked the Air Force One sequence with Ironman to the rescue. The rest of the movie seemed either "forced" or too much fluff and not enough substance. Overall, not bad, but definitely NOT good.

Iron Man 3 had its good moments, and its bad moments. The extremis part, good moment. The mandarin was a F-ing horrible moment. I just hope that they didn't ruin Mandarin to the point where a decent movie could be made with him as the main villain. All in all it wasn't a horrible movie. If your luke warm about seeing it though. Wait for the dvd. You will probably be glad you did. If you can't wait to see it. Go and enjoy the good parts... They are there.

Did you like the film?
The movie was good and had a bit of humor and plenty of action.
What'd you think of the acting, directing, cinematography, writing, etc?
Robert Downey Jr. had great acting and with his sense of humor and tone of his voice made you feel like an ordinary person and wasn't over acted. The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) had a good role and felt that the acting was good and had a very natural tone.
Is this for kids, adults, any age?
This movie would be good for a teenager because of they would be able to understand the jokes and theme, but of course little kids love super heroes but I would think twice before you go take him or her.
Tip: Stay after the credits.

Horrible storyline. Boring introduction, great action sequences and acting by Downey Jr. with a blaise, kumbaya ending.
Very disappointing. For those that were excited by the previews and having awaited this movie on the heels of The Avengers, disappointment is assured.
