    The Invisible War

    Great movie! Needs to be seen by every professional officer and non-commissioned officer in the DoD. This movie exposes a serious leadership void in certain units in the military. It is incumbent upon every leader in the military to do the right thing and correct this embarrassing problem.

    The Invisible War

    This movie was the most unbelievable eye opener ever.

    The reality and the pervasiveness of the sexual brutality going on in the united states armed services is beyond comprehension. The ABUSERS get rewarded and the victims lives and careers are being destroyed. The statistics on numbers of sexual crimes in the armed services is mind boggling.

    The victims have only one outlet to report the crimes to and that is their commanding officers who in many cases are the ABUSER or the ABUSERS buddy. This is the most appalling situation I ever heard of.

    After seeing this movie I am ashamed this is going on in the United States of America.

    THIS IS A MUST SEE BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND CONGRESS!

    do not miss it

    This documentary should win an Oscar. I am happy it has been nominated. You will be outraged and angry, and I hope a lot of people in America get outraged and angry, so that we finally do something about it! Deeply researched and showing the profound consequences in the lives of the victims and their families, this documentary shows a hidden epidemic being sensitive to the pain of the women and men who had been raped and who have not been able to get justice. The basic right to due process of law has been denied to them, because the US still uses military justice to try rape in the military, even though international law clearly states that civilian courts should take care of any violation to human rights, even when they occur inside the Armed Forces. One of the secrets of our Great Military, revealed.

    This is a must see

    incredible indictment of military negligence and sexism. Could make more of the rape of men in the military--all done by heterosexual men, who of course don't see their actions as homosexual but rather totally about power. The movie points the light on a problem in the culture at large, the culture of machismo, and the failure of the VA took take care of their female soldiers, blame the victim. It is a crime that these brave women, idealistic, wanting to serve their country get destroyed by the very people they aim to serve and by the people who are supposed to have their back.
