This movie will probably have more parts to it, and it will keep on going but it will just take different directions with different people. It felt theatrical, at first the acting looked cheesy and over dramatic. The good over weighed the bad anyways. It was scary because unexpected things happened or popped out but it wasn't scary enough to make you cry. There were a handful of really funny moments too. I definitely recommend this movie and I actually want to watch it again.

This was a great movie! It kept you on the edge of your seat from the very beginning to the end of the movie. Great plot and I love how it flowed from the first movie smoothly. I truly enjoyed myself. I don't think it's for pre-teens or younger. However, I think I want to go see it for a second time. Very good job. Thank you!!

I just recently saw the first part and I was impressed; the issue with horror movies these days is they're lame and not a bit scary. What's unique about Insidious is it's a horror/thriller hybrid. Its got a great storyline - this one's storyline moves a bit faster than the first, but they do a good job of recapping the first movie so you don't have to have seen the first to get what's going on and at the end of the day I was just highly impressed with the execution on the script. The CGI, acting, etc. was all on point! Its reminiscent of the first Saw movies but as they started producing more, you could tell the idea wheel was running out. This is positioning itself to be a franchise like Saw but the trick with this is you have to keep things fresh and new to keep people interested - in other words, Paranormal Activity is the same movie just re-written in different ways to tie new characters to the original cast but its quickly running out of steam.

This movie was ok. Not entirely spooky. Several scenes taken from first movie. There are a few times where people appear and creep you out. Ending is abrupt.

There is an advertisement for this movie where people have heart rate monitors on in the theater and they’re reacting like this movie is really scary. They must have been watching another movie because this movie IS NOT SCARY AT ALL. Don’t waste your money. This movie is a big disappointment.
