People need to chill out!

Ok. I have not seen this movie yet. I came on here to read the reviews and to see if this movie was any good. I just can't believe how people are slamming this movie. If you saw the PREVIEWS you knew what this movie was about. I sware we live in a world now where every single thing has to be politically correct. If you didn't read the genre does say COMEDY, your not suppose to take this so seriously. You go, sit back, relax have a few laughs and that's it. People just always have to have something to B**ch about. If you know it's going to be about certain issues that you don't feel comfortable with DON'T GO SEE THE MOVIE then.

Not What I expected....but in a good way!

I went into this movie thinking it was going to be some uber comedy but it ended up being very entertaining in a different way than expected. It had some depth rather than just pointing out the funny things about the gay community. It was well worth my time.

If you want a good laugh this is the movie to go see. This movie will keep you laughing through out the whole movie. Funny but also had a good story and a good lesson for all. I would highly recommend this movie. Laughing is very good for everyone lets you relieve the stress that life gives us and this is the movie to do just that.

An immature piece of garbage. Grow up people!

This movie, like most comedies these days, is completely offensive and humor-less. The movie is full of sex jokes, asian stereotype jokes, and fat jokes. Is this what a comedy needs to be funny these days? Can't writers think of new ideas? (Wow, a fat guy lands on Sandler and farts in his face! Hilarious!) Oh, and of course let's not forget the "guy drops soap in the shower and is afraid to pick it up because he's afraid of getting raped" joke. I could go on about other taste-less jokes in the movie. Sandler's usual frat pack pays the audience a visit as well. I enjoyed seeing Steve Buscemi in the movie, however, even though he should be using his talents in other roles. Bottom line, if you're an immature teenager who loves garbage-filled comedies, then by all means go and watch the movie.

Funny!

Its tough to imagine Sandler as a ladies man but overall a funny movie. Kevin James' kids in the movie are hilarious and seeing Dave Matthews play a gay guy was quite the suprise. Its not in the same category as a Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore but James and Sandler had me laughing the entire time.

I went and saw this movie today and it thought it was hilarious there were a few stupid jokes but overall i thuoght it was great, and i definatly agree with mrodrz1979. That person is tottaly right, normally when you see a movie you know what your going to see so when you get all offended by the story line or the characters, remember you didnt have to go see it.

Fandango, best stop promoters from planting reviews before it hits CNN

IMHO the movie is So So and we are getting hyped. Anyone can submit multiple reviews via fake email addresses so anyone can flood this site. Can movie promoters resist this? Let’s check. The reviewers most likely to be real are those who have supplied credible reviews over a period of several months. When I clicked on each reviewer on several pages of “Must Go” reviews, I found none that had credible multi-month histories. Next I tried it on “So So” reviews. A high percentage of them had credible multi-month histories. Since the movie IS “So So” it makes sense that that is where the credible reviewers would be found. And the flood of “Must Go” reviews? I’m thinking mostly commercial hype. You can check both cases yourself. It’s actually hard to get to the “So So” reviews, you have to sort by Average Fan Rating twice, then jump forward about 15 pages. This movie is very disappointing. In the producers effort not to offend the homosexual community, they have succeded once again in bashing the Christian Church as being narrow-minded. When in reality the are discriminating against our religious freedoms. They protrayed Christians as being weirdos and a bunch of men dressed as women as normal. What is wrong with that picture. I will not waste my money again on such trash as this!!!!!!

I guess Adam is getting too old. I went to see what I thought would be a funny movie that wasn't very funny, and instead got a morality lesson. First, if I wanted someone to tell me how to think and run my life, I'd go visit my Grandma. Second, I already know better than to make the kind of jokes about Gays this movie does. Adam, you are a moral retard. Next time, how about sticking to laughs and forget the preaching?

Great Movie!

I really enjoyed the movie. I feel that it is geared more towards my generation, i am 20 years old.. I feel that my dad who is in his late 40's would not have liked the movie due to the content (gays) but i thought it was funny, had touching moments, humor, a love story and great actors and actresses.. I look forward to it coming out on dvd.

There is a message and a lesson to be learned in this movie!

I am a huge fan of Adam Sandler & Kevin James. I thought that it was sad that some people that have seen or attempted to see the movie felt that Adam & Kevin were racist and insensitive to homosexulals - WHEN CLEARLY THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! I am a huge supporter of the Gay community and fight for their rights - and from what I got from this movie is Adam used humor as he always does to bring light to how cruel society is to gays whether it be out in public or on the job and such! I loved the movie -and thought it was hilarious.

oh my gosh! adam and kevin were hilarious! who knows what they will do next?!!! this movie was crazy good~ just like poptarts! All you people that hate gays or people that are offended by it, look more at the comedy of the movie instead of looking at it as their gay. in my point of view that was one of the awesomest movies on the face of the planet! you people need to grow up and enjoy it for what it is.... entertainment.! Adam sandler rocked in this movie... he must have made millions... they both did a wonderful job... cant wait for the next movie...

A sad night out!

I and my family were very dissappointed in the obviously offensively gay agenda that this movie was about. Even though the previews eluded to a couple of funny enuendos reflecting the homosexual lifestyle, there was no real way to imagine the overwhelming agenda here. I believe this could have been funny without the offensive agenda. The movie was beyond crude. Abusive to good reason and as far from good family entertainment as is humanly possible is what we experienced. Next time give a guy a little warning. This will build alot of untrust toward the theater world. I like to laugh as much as the next guy; but the shots of the mostly nude young actress with boob handling for several minutes is totally inappropriate. We just want a good humored, funny about life movie to go to without the filth and agenda. Life is just funny without having to exploit the nasty.
