    How To Live Forever

This was an insightful thoughtful treatment on the issue of living to a ripe old age. Many types of elderly folks were interviewed--some in nursing homes, some still on the job at age 94! In the end, it's ATTITUDE about who you are & how you regard your life that makes a bigger difference than what you eat/drink or how much you exercise. Basically, being engaged in your life counts for a lot! The director was on hand for a Q&A session after the film, which was enjoyable. Highly recommended. I saw it with my teenager, who also enjoyed it.
