Hotel Transylvania is a great movie for kids for several reasons. First, it makes monsters not scary, which is good. Second, it's got lolts of action. Third, it's sweet. After the movie, everyone clapped. I don't think it was because it was a masterpiece, but just because it was fun, and also a little long..

Not worth seeing in 3D

Was a little disappointed in the movie. The plot was pretty weak and paying the extra $$ to see in 3D was a big waste. The theme was in poor taste in my opinion as well. All about zinging early and finding your one true love. Not a great sentiment for kids growing up. The main character's mother waits 118 years to tell her only daughter that the most important thing is to find love. Just didn't sit well with me.

Love Love Love this movie. Took our 4 and 7 year old and it held their attention the whole time! If fact they wanted to stay while the credits were rolling to see all of the animation. We may go again!

I took my two grandchilden, ages 4and 8 to see Hotel Transylvania. The main reason is because I wanted to see it. We all had a great time. The movie is fun for kids of all ages, and it has the inuendos for adults like the Shrek movies have. The adults in the theater were laughing just as hard as the kids. Fun movie! I would go see it again!

Whether you're an adult or a child, you'd enjoy this movie. It is filled with great animation, as expected, somewhat interesting story line, and, most importantly, it is funny! For the entire duration, it was laugh after laugh. The voice-overs by Sandler, Gomez, and others are great! Highly recommend!
