It's nice to be able to go to a movie, have emotion, real life stuff, and still in the end have hope. The acting was great from some "not quite so famous" actors, the cinematography though not a special effect - was VERY effective, and the writing hits hard. Great for families, would warn of the first 5 minutes or so, EXTREMELY true to life. I'm sure it's rated PG-13 for these first few minutes. One of the best "true to life" movies I've seen in quite a while. Hollywood needs to take notice.

Home Run is an excellent movie! It has a great message. The characters are very easy to relate to. The story is amazing...make sure you bring a box of tissues!

Such a beautiful story of how God and Celebrate Recovery can completely change someone's life. I personally have been in Celebrate Recovery for almost a year now and has been such a big part of my growth in Christ. The main character, Cory, goes from a rock-bottom life to an on-fire life for God.

AMAZING!! A powerful movie about a struggling alcoholic baseball player who finds redemption and healing. Alcoholism is usually a symptom of some deeper hurt or issue from the past - as is the case with handsome Cory Brand. All of the characters are struggling with some sort of "hurt, habit, or hang-up" - just like in real life. Something for everyone - a MUST see - highly recommend! You will feel good when you walk out of the theater!! I love the soundtrack, great music!! 5 Stars!!
