Breitbart Movie Sheds Light on The Man and the Ongoing Battle with MainstreamLiberal Media

Loved this documentary. This film shed light on who Andrew Breitbart was and how he helped to change the political blogging landscape.

Would've liked to have seen more of his transformation from budding "leftist" to conservative.
He went more into this in his book "Righteous Indignation", which is required reading to understand what made him tick. Get this film and his book in front of your teenagers and your college-bound children eyes, to equip them before they are introduced to their professor's brainwashing!

    Inspiring!

This should be called "Being Breitbart" because I found it more of a movie that teaches you how to be a conservative activist. Breitbart may be gone but we learn from him in this great movie to learn to stand up to the left and their lies.

This movie follows Andrew Bretbart for the last two years of his life as he attacks the institutional left from ACORN to the NAACP and finally to the slimy Anthony Weiner. Breitbart was confrontational, loud, abrasive and right on the money. Speaking from experience this is the only way to deal with the far left. Being nice won't make them go away.

This is a great movie, much better than "2016." Go out and see it!

    It's inspiring

Opened my eyes more to the mainstream media.

    by

I liked the show and it was very informational. I know they could have done the show without the curse words, but only a few places had them. Much better than most Hollywood movies with sex, language ect.
This show how the left wing media and politicians spin stories and lies.
All in all I would watch it again but caution people about some of the language.

    Amazing!

Hating Breitbart is a MUST SEE for everyone! Andrew was never afraid to speak his mind and defend the truth. He has inspired so many people to stand up for what they believe and squash the lies coming from the left. This movie highlights how wonderful Andrew was for America - We miss him terribly.

    Hating Breitbart MUST SEE!

    by

Why are people so terrified of hearing BOTH sides of the story? That was Andrew Breitbart's goal in life--to "change the narrative" and point out the hypocrisy and truth about the 'National Enquirer'-style "reporting" of the mainstream media. Although there may be tiny shards of truth in the reporting of the news, there is so much more that they're either hiding or lying about in order to further their agenda. "Hating Breitbart" director Andrew Marcus recorded hundreds of hours of film, following followed Breitbart to rallies, speaking engagements and 2010 CPAC, chronicling the vicious attacks he endured--almost gleefully--and proving we do NOT have to back down or submit to the bullying of the left. Breitbart paved the way for the New Media and "Hating Breitbart" shows you how empty these progressive Smoke Monsters really are. Brilliant film and be sure to stay through the credits when the entire Anthony Weiner saga unfolds.

    Steaming pile

    by

Wow this was awful, poorly made, and just generally under-inspiring. I guess if you are looking for tips on how to be annoying as heck and accomplishing very little while ignoring your health until you keel over, this is your movie. Basically a primer on what is WRONG with the current media landscape, that idiots like him can have any role. Sad.

    EXCELLENT

This film clearly demonstrates the liberal agenda most of the American media promotes today, and the lengths it will go to silence someone who doesn't agree with any part of it. It succeeds in doing what Andrew Breitbart was determined to do - - expose the death of ethical journalism in America, and turn the tables on the "journalists" who attack messengers when they can't discredit their messages. It also shows the heart and humanity of a good man whom the extreme left tried to demonize. You'll be shocked at the immoral tactics used against him no matter which side of the political spectrum you're on.

    You Won't Regret Seeing This

It doesn't matter what political party you belong to...you will thoroughly enjoy this movie. It was a fantastic glimpse into the life that was Andrew Breitbart. Even if you don't agree with his political leanings, you will come to appreciate what kind of journalist/activist he was. If you enjoy the classic Nerd-Gets-Revenge-On-Bullying Jock story line then you will love every minute of this movie. Andrew Breitbart takes on the biasness of the media in ways we only wish we could. And If you despise injustice, you will find yourself cheering on Breitbart! The entire movie was touching, humorous, and most of all, inspirational. Thank you to the filmmaker for allowing us to peek into Breitbart's whirlwind of a world!!

Things that make you go hmmm

The film was great and I would definitely recommend it. Breitbart was hated by the media, hence the name of the film. The film is eye opening to how the media portrays people and things or won't even cover certain things. I believe that no matter what side of the political spectrum you are, you should see this movie.

    Loving Breitbart

    by barb_k

I loved this movie. Profane and socially libertarian Breitbart fits no stereotype of a conservative. The film shows his "two emotions: jocularity, and righteous indignation" toward the media biased against conservatives. It's surprising that this former leftist lived quietly as a conservative until reluctantly becoming more public the last few years of his life. The film retells the false "Tea Party racism" attacks, and the ACORN, NAACP, and Wiener-gate exposes. It vindicates Breitbart, showing how the media sliced & diced his NAACP/Sherrod video and news story to take them out of context and smear him. I didn't discover Breitbart and his legacy until after his untimely passing. He left huge footprints for "citizen journalists" and the American people to follow in revealing the truth, and the hypocrisy of the left.
