  The Beginning of a Series...

  The first installment of a seven-part series, "Stone" is a treasure. Of course it doesn't have all of the magic of the book, and a few things were changed, but it is overall, a stellar movie. The performances from young Radcliffe, Watson, and Grint were good, and the fantastical Hogwarts comes to life for the first time in this spectacular film.

  Needless Profanity

  I am saddened that a movies series intended for children such as this contains any profanity at all. It had the potential to be so much better if it were clean. This has only hurt it by limiting its viewers. Profanity, nudity and other morally damaging influences have plagued our media sense its beginning. It's rare to find good clean uplifting movies today. I'm disappointed that this series was wasted like this, both the books and movies.
