Filmmaker Árpád Bogdán draws on personal experience to craft this semi-autobiographical drama concerning a young Romany boy raised in an orphanage but determined to seek out the truth about his origins. Attila never knew his mother and father, and life in the children's home is far different from life in the outside world. Now, as the abandoned boy attempts to become a self-sufficient man, he is granted information about his family and vows to find his place in society. Though a happy future isn't necessarily out of the question, it does, at this point, seem little more than a distant dream for Attila. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
