Loved this movie. It had a great mixture of humor, horror, and action. They did a great job at telling the Hansel and Gretel fairytale. I liked the movie version better than the storybook version. I am not one to pay big bucks at theaters to watch a movie. But I had heard great things and now I was worth it!

This movie was as silly as I thought it would be, so I wasn't disappointed when I got what I was expecting. The reason I went to see it was because I wanted to see something in 3D that my girlfriends and I could agree on, and no one was interested in The Hobbit or a kids movie. It was the first 3D movie I'd seen in 25 years and ZOMG, has the tech come a long way! Even the 3D previews were amazing. I enjoyed the effect so much, I sat through the credits. The tickets cost a little more but were well worth the price for the experience. I can't wait to see another 3D film!

This is a movie that really made no sense. The story line wasn't put well. Waste of money. Save your time and watch it on Netflix.

The gore version, not to scary, just very gorific (blood) and debre' flying . See the 3D version if you go, there is fire effects and lots of artillary (weapons). I saw it with a friend and we laughed the whole time.
