Gunther Von Fritsch

Biography

In the 1930s, Gunther von Fritsch became a film editor for MGM because he was not allowed into the cinematographer's union. By 1937, he had become one of the first directors working on the "March of Time" series of newsreels. He joined the service during WWII.
