  For any fan of gore and great dialogue

  I just finished my 3rd viewing of this film and I must say it keeps getting better and better each time. I would only recommend this to fans of hardcore splat and intelligently bad dialogue. Most important, take the film for what it is: an homage to the pre-CGI days of exploitation cinema.

  If you like Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and Troma films... You must see this movie many times, and buy the DVD when it comes out!

  Grindhouse

  There are few movies that I can say that bring me back to when going to the movies were fun and exciting. Grindhouse brings you back to that time. You almost felt that you are at that drive in show watching a run down film reel of a movie. The trailers were a great feature, plus product placement (there was a trailer for acuna foods and in deathproof, one of the girls is drinking a cup from acuna foods). Planet terror was your great gory shoot em up horror film. The fact that it was so corny made it excellent. Death proof was your kick *** girl film. Quentin again made somewhat of a resevoir dog moment when the four girls are talking while eating breakfast together (camera moving back and forth was great). Kurt Russel definitley was a perfect choice to play stuntman mike; well acted Kurt. All in all, this movie is well worth the admission (3 hours plus) and gives you a different look at where movies are from old grindhouse to now.

  Grindhouse Delivers!

  Grindhouse is why we go to the movies -- car chases, great action, thrills...Not in my memory do I remember people in the audience reacting out loud over and over with shock, cheers, or screams. It was a great, great ride, and I strongly recommend it!!! The trailer by Eli Roth for the fictional "Thanksgiving" is worth the price of admission alone.
