    Greetings from the Shore

My husband and I live on S.I., and have owned a home in Lavallette for over 20 years and have vacationed in that whole area since we were first married and had our children, Over 40 yrs. We are also members of the LYC and were there when the movie was being made. It was a thrill to see some of our club members as extras in the movie. We enjoyed seeing all the familiar sights of Lavallette, LYC, Seaside, Barnacle Bills, Seaside, Crabs Claw, etc. on the big screen.
The story was sweet and Kim Shaw and David Fumero were adorable together. Paul Sorvino's is always a pleasure to watch on screen and his character was genuine. I don't know if anyone not connected to the shore will enjoying it as much as we did, but for a small budget movie it is worth checking it out. FYI our commodores are all admirable.

    Timeless Classic

In a day in age where the romance of summer has been replace with trying to figure out how to afford gas to go to work, Greeting From The Shore offers an escape back to a simpler time. Kim Shaw is very talented and amazingly beautiful, she is the quintessential Jersey Shore Summer babe.
David Fumero, who already has a huge TV fan base from One Life To Live, challenges the stereotypical brooding artist. Paul Sorvino tackles a role that is so unlike his others and it is amazing.

Yes the film has a little bit of syrup and sugar, but the movie has a heart and unless your a stone, you should tear up here and there through the movie. It is really is a Postcard form summertime's past when the world was a different place.

See the movie on the big screen. Its worth the ticket & popcorn!
