Excellent! Go see it in 3D IMAX if possible because the movie is about the vastness, lifelessness of space, which, of course, makes one think on the universal theme of aloneness. The script is superior. The cinematography is perfect as are the effects that make us feel as if we are there with Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. Both actors are at their best. Bullock has never had a better script to work with. Clooney is generous in his acting. Both are entirely believable in the roles they play. The attention to detail in the movie is impressive. The stars are aligned correctly and the minutia of space travel is getting thumbs up from space enthusiats.

No Gravity

If you're looking for an over-hyped flavor of the month movie, look no further than Gravity. If your a fan of nice effects in space (especially in IMAX 3D) combined with a movie that starts off okay and goes downhill after about 15 minutes, Gravity is your movie. If you must see one film this year that is boring, depressing, and really goes nowhere...hey, Gravity is your movie. At 45 minutes, it's annoying. At 90 minutes, it's sheer torture. (Ya gotta love the way critics just eat this stuff up.)

I really don't know why other people liked the movie, It was boring and with only two actors in the whole movie it really sucked. Anyway My husband and I left about 15 minutes before it even ended. Sorry but I guess it was just not our kind of movie. You will have to see if for yourself and make your own judgement call. We really did not like it. Sorry.

A tightly-plotted, realistic sci-fi flick with few flaws

I could have done w/o some of the chatter from the characters played by Clooney and Bullock but I thought Gravity was realistic, tightly plotted and exciting.

Really Boring

The special effects and images from space are really good but the plot is completely implausible. Good actors couldn't save the almost non-existent storyline. All in all it was an extremely boring movie.
