The Shue's have given us a great movie about the Title IX transistion and the realtionship a father and daughter can have when focused on a dream. Terrific movie for kids! Important movie for parents. I
This was absolutely one of the best movies I have ever seen. My 14 year old daughter loved it and so did my 10 year old son. This movie has a wonderful message in it and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I took my 13 yr old and some friends and we all enjoyed it. They all play soccer so it was a real motivator they were all re[BLOCKED WEBSITE]e home and start conditioning. They also were able to gain a great amount of respect for those girls who paved the way for them. The only thing I didn't like were a couple of scenes that were a little too explicit I thought for pg 13. The scenes in question ended okay but they could have gotten the point across with out showing as much as they did. It would also be a great father daughter movie, a good movie get some bonding going.
Not what we called a family movie. We walked out. Wasen't really about the sport in the first 10 minutes. Watch age.
Great movie. My daughter and teammates enjoyed it a lot!
