    Loved it!

    Sad- makes you think

Well I love anything with John Cusack. This movie I didn't see until it came out on video. Missed it in the theater. Not even sure how I missed it. Must have blinked. Anyway, it was a pretty good movie. It is a bit of a downer so bring your tissues. It makes you think and at the end you realize he is just a guy who can't deal with loss. worth the time to see it I thought.

  • Oh No!

    THE WORST MOVIE !!!

After watching this movie, I'd have to say it was the worse movie I've ever seen in my life. It was only depressing because of the morals this father gave to his kids. what kind of message are we giving our kids when a father smokes with his 12 year old daughter? I know there are bad movies out there, but this reaches the top. It was a bad message to give out. The plot was bad. Decisions the Father made by not listening to his kids, and not getting the hint something was wrong with his older daughter. I watched this movie with my kids and was very upset with how he handled the situation. I know this is reality.. especially the shocking news to find out their spouse died in war, and that the father just wasn't thinking right.. but if your going to make a movie.. try adding something inspirational.. we don't want to see things like this or even give ideas to our kids. Just an UGLY movie..
