An exceptionally good film. Not "action-packed", but psychologically shrew, with excellent acting

Somewhere between a go and a must go. Nothing flashy here. If that's a complement, then see it.

One of the best movies I've seen in a while. It made me want to see the director's previous films. The story is touching. The characters well-crafted. A friend of mine who went with me was bothered by the fact that one of the character's (William) story wasn't fully explained. I didn't have a problem with that. For me it was Solo's story and all that mattered was how William impacted him. I would recommend this movie to everyone.

But See Good Bye Solo. Souleymane Sy Savane makes a stunning film debut in this independent film portriat of a Senegalese Cab driver with a warm heart and dreams of a better future. Souleymane performance is worth the $12:50 and Red West delivers in he first starring role of his 50 year career.
