Taking charge of Lane's baby shower while Rory (Alexis Bledel) prepares for an important job interview, Lorelei (Lauren Graham) finds herself stuck in the middle of another battle of wills between Lane (Keiko Agena) and her traditionalist mother Mrs. Kim (Emily Kuroda)--yet still finds time to form a strong bond with the expectant mother. Meanwhile, Rory tries to provide emotional support for Logan (Matt Czuchry) during his legal problems, but he seems to prefer commisserating with his male buddies in Las Vegas.
