Most know actress Gail Edwards for her stint on the sitcom Full House in the early '90s. Having graduated from the Jerry Herman Ring Theatre at the University of Miami, Edwards had no trouble scoring several guest appearances on shows like M*A*S*H and Taxi, but her steady gig was the role of Dot Higgins on It's a Living. Edwards scored the role in 1980, and though the show was canceled in 1982, it was brought back in 1985, and Edwards came with it. She stayed with the show until it ended its run for good in 1989, and then moved on to the role of Vicky on Full House in 1991, playing the coworker and sometime love interest of Bob Saget's character. ~ Cammila Albertson, All Movie Guide
