I wasn't sure what to expect from this movie. It was very enjoyable and would recommend it to my friends.family. I'll admit I was sometimes confused at who was the good guy and who was the bad guy.

This move was way more hyped than developed. The plot is pretty straight forward, if you believe in over the top villians trying to take over the world. But played out on screen is a jumble of action scenes that are supposed to be enteratining. However, the shakey camera work and too-fast movements just don't lend itself well to the 3D format; things just become a blur. And you would think that Channing Tatum could redeem the picture, but he's on screen for 10 mins tops! Totally not worth the ticket price. I say at least wait for Redbox.

I took my two youngest grandchildren to see GI Joe: Retaliation 3D. My 10 year-old granddaughter and I liked it. My 13 year-old grandson said it was so-so. Not what I expected.
The movie did show a lot of battle violence. I liked the action. I wasn't bored during the movie.
The actors were good. No deep characterization, though. That's okay.
Typical plot for this kind of movie. Nothing special. That's okay, too.
Guess I just like action movies.

Good film. Lots of action. Stayed to end of credits, hoping to see something more to set up sequel, hoping there was another scene with a Joe character. Some things left unexplained. Unlike previous film which had International members, this one focused on US team. Some character moments from previous film are expanded/explained.

I loved the action, and Mr. Johnson... OH MY!!!. Bruce Willis isn't a spring chicken, but I love all of his action films. Mr. Willis did a great job. There was one portion of the movie where stunts were performed that I've never seen before (don't want to spoil it for you), you'll know what I'm talking about when you see the movie. It's a must see in 3D. I found myself ducking and dodging, various items and bodies, throughout most of the film. Don't miss this one.
