I love redemption stories, and this the the king<wbr /> of redemption stories! The music is fantastic w<wbr />hether it&#39;s on stage or on screen, but in the fi<wbr />lm the actor/singers sang with such emotion. I&quot;m<wbr /> glad they cast actors who can sing instead of s<wbr />ingers who can act. One of my sons didn&#39;t like t<wbr />he dramatic close ups during the songs, but the <wbr />rest of us did. The lyrics were more clear in th<wbr />e film than on stage, so everyone was able to fo<wbr />llow the story well. 
<br />The acting was stupendous<wbr />! The sets, costumes, cinematography amazing! Th<wbr />e singing, okay. But go for the story! Redemptio<wbr />n, love, sacrifice, forgiveness, grace.
