Although your kids may not know some of the vide<wbr />o game characters in the movie, the plot and sto<wbr />ryline is great.  This is an original idea that <wbr />lends to my generation as well with the characte<wbr />rs in the movie.  My 1yr old even sat still and <wbr />quiet from interest in the movie, especilly in t<wbr />he candy world. :-]
