Such a fun and quick paced film that highlights <wbr />the child-like and womanly charms of Holywood&#39;s <wbr />most beautiful stars. Based on Colin Clark&#39;s mem<wbr />oir&#39;s, it gives insight into her moods &amp; thought<wbr />s and fears &amp; challenges. The world had her unde<wbr />r a microscope.
<br />Eddie Redmayne&#39;s performance as<wbr /> Colin is equally as important. We see her throu<wbr />gh his boy next door eyes and he makes the audie<wbr />nce feel we are spending our time with her as we<wbr />ll. 
<br />As a film though, Kenneth Branaugh is misc<wbr />ast as Olivier. I can&#39;t buy into him being the a<wbr />ctor&#39;s actor and perfectionist after seeing him <wbr />skillfully play the bafoonish Gilderoy Lockhart <wbr />in the second POTTER film. Not to discredit Bran<wbr />augh in any way. He was miscast.
<br />Oscar fans mus<wbr />t see Williams&#39; efforts. It is as deep and skill<wbr />ful as Mirren&#39;s QUEEN and Hoffman&#39;s CAPOTE.
