One of my kids (5 and 3) favorite movies is Nightmare Before Christmas, so we were really looking fwd to another Burton masterpiece. We were not disappointed. Fun with just about the right amount of darkness. As in most Tim Burton movies, the characters are fabulous! My 3 year old daughter actually cried at the end...not because she was scared, but sad that the movie was over!

This was a cute movie, with a nice message. My grandson, who is 7 1/2, did not like that it was in black and white. Kids have so many options these days, that they are used to HD Color, and the black and white did not appeal to him. We did not go to the 3-D, however, that might have made a difference.

I went with my kids (eight and three years old) and we really enjoyed it! A little scary for my little one but he still loved Sparky!.

My husband, my 8 year old and I enjoyed the movie. My 4 year old however, was terrified. I had to console my crying son throughout the scary parts. Not really for kids 6 and under.
