If you like the F word being constantly repeated, drinking constantly going on, narcotics constantly in play...............well, then..................you should like this movie.
We went to see Denzel Washington, but would not have gone if we had known what was really the movie. was all about. Too bad you have to use F words, alcohol, and drugs to get the attention of todays public.

I have always been a fan of Denzel movies and this one does not disappoint. The movie started out with a rush and ended with a phenomenal twist. Great date night movei...no kids allowed!

I thought for its running time of 2 hours and 20 minutes, it flowed good and kept my interest. The main action of the plane crash is in about the first third of its running time, then the plot builds from there. The last 25% of the running time builds to Denzel (Whip Whittaker) having to go before the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and with some twists in the storyline, the ending sequence is rather frank and honest on the part of Whip Whittaker (Denzel Washington). The language is somewhat harsh throughout, and some of the storyline gets a little seedy in spots. For a drama movie, it's a "go see" to me...

The story here is important. From what I saw in the trailers, I thought the plot would have something to do with sabotage. It does, but not at all in the way I expected. The story may be fiction, but the truth in it is hard fact. This is serious drama with a heart, and a message that can save lives. You will hear a lot about Washington's performance--his power is awesome. He doesn't just play the role, he makes it come to life with a reality that hits hard. It was thrilling to watch him.

I was not prepared for such a great movie. As a former Drug and alcohol counselor, this is a movie that shows all the classic signs, symtoms, and stages of addiction (without boring you to death). Performances by all are spectacular. I have told everyone I have seen to go and see this. If movies were not so expensive, I would definately go again and again.
