Nostalgic 3D Movie

If you have children that have not seen this on the big screen, it is worth it. The 3D effects were OK, but not worth a 3D ticket price. A good palydate movie, but not a must see.

Finding Nemo in 3D

I was SO EXCITED to see Nemo in 3D and then when I saw it, it was pretty anti-climatic. I thought the 3D would have been a lot better. I am not sure if it is because it was not made in 3D but recreated in 3D or what but my whole family (2 girls 5 and 8 years old) were pretty disappointed when we left. For the price of 3D it wasn't worth it.

It was worth it

I know lots of people say it wasn't worth watching in 3D because the affects were not good, but they were. I took the glasses off just to see if what they said was true. You could watch it without the glasses, but it added great depth to wear them and I think it was worth it. Not to mention, it was great letting my kids see it in the theater. They were not old enough to see it when it came out, so it was nice. :)

3D Fails the Nemo Experience

Movie was great (once again) but the 3D experience does not really add value. Would have rather spent the 70$ (we're family of five) on a nice dinner. I will not be following the Disney cults into theaters for any upcoming 3D re-releases. Ok, maybe CARS, but that's it! :)

Great the second time around

There are very few movies that I would pay to watch more than once. As an avid scuba diver, the origina Finding Nemo movie really blew me away the first time I saw it with the accurate animation of the different species of fish and sea creatures (not to mention the birds). The 3D effects added to the enjoyment and the movie is so well written that there are parts of the dialog that I missed the first time around. I remember when I originally saw Finding Nemo, a friend told me to be sure to stay for the all credits at the end. It was almost as entertaining as the movie. They skillfully built on the personalities of the non-human characters. The credits were the only part of Nemo 3D where the content was changed. Don't miss the credits. Once again they have made them funny and entertaining.
