Though some might say this movie is "slow," the length and pace are exactly what the story calls for. The characters were very-well developed, and the viewer is treated with a surprise in characterization at the end -- the sage of the movie is one-upped by the innocent. As the title indicates, it provides a broad look at what love can do to people -- it can blind those that wish to be blinded, it can rescue those that need rescuing, and it can breathe life into the emotionally dead. I highly recommend this film for couples both young and old.

I've not left very many movies, but we were insulted in this & left. WHY can't people make decent movies without throwing in the homosexual stuff. WE DON'T WANT IT!!!!!

This is a great movie. As a Portland resident, this movie is SO Portland. The families, the relationships, the angst. It's so great.
I have coffee at "Jitters" aka "Fresh Pot" every day.

i've only walked out on three movies in my life: alien (too scary), la vie en rose (too painful) and feast of love (too ridiculous).
