- Fandango Bucks are sold by Fandango Marketing, Inc. ("FMI"), a California corporation
and an affiliate of Fandango, Inc., and are issued and sold in the State of California
subject to California law.
- Fandango Bucks may only be redeemed through our website,
www.fandango.com, towards the purchase of movie tickets on Fandango.com for
participating theaters located in the United States. Fandango Bucks cannot be redeemed
directly at any of our partner theaters, or any other website operated by third-party
merchants accessible from our site.
- Fandango Bucks have no expiration date.
- If the available amount on a Fandango Bucks claim code is LESS than the transaction
amount, the balance of the order must be paid with a valid credit card.
- In addition to these Fandango Bucks Terms and Conditions, Fandango Bucks and their
use on our website are also subject to Fandango's general Terms of Use. You agree
to comply with the Terms of Use.
- Fandango is not responsible for lost or stolen Fandango Bucks, except as required
by law. In certain circumstances, Fandango may replace or cancel lost or stolen
Fandango Bucks with proof of purchase acceptable to Fandango.
- Fandango may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless
we state otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Fandango Bucks that you purchase.
- Fandango Bucks are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. They may
be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional
items by the purchaser or anyone else without Fandango's prior written consent.
Fandango shall have the right to void any Fandango Bucks subject to unauthorized
advertisement, sale or promotional use without permission.
Your purchase or use of Fandango Bucks will be deemed your agreement to these terms.
