We'll be upfront about it: this new Belgian trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man is not drastically different than the US trailer that hit last week. You're not going to learn what happened to Peter Parker's parents or see Dr. Curt Connors transform into The Lizard, but it's still the better of the two trailers. In his first major interview for John Carter, director Andrew Stanton spoke about his fears in tackling the stories, the process of making the movie from story elements, characters and major plot points that will appear in the film. He also outlines in great detail the second and third book in the series by Edgar Rice Burroughs.
