Of course, this doesn't mean that Stewart has accepted but we'll throw it to you to see if you like this casting decision.

'Harry Potter' Director David Yates to Helm 'Doctor Who' Film

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows director David Yates is working with BBC Worldwide Productions to develop a big screen adaptation of the immensely popular (and undying) BBC series Doctor Who. Having said that, take this story with a glacier of salt; not because the sources involved are unreliable, but because reliable sources aren't all saying the same thing.
