With about two months before Capt. Jack Sparrow comes swinging back into theaters, Disney has begun rolling out promotional posters for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Following the new official poster that was debuted this past Monday, four new international character posters have hit the web featuring Johnny Depp’s Capt. Jack, Geoffrey Rush's Barbosa and our first character posters for Penelope Cruz as Angelica and Ian McShane as Blackbeard.
The first weekend of March brings with it a whole bunch of options when it comes to movies to go see. We’re not sure whether Captain Jack will continue to sail the high seas, but Disney is certainly confident that their biggest franchise right now will continue on past part four. Terry Rossio has already been brought on to write the script for the fifth installment, having already contributed to the first four Pirates of the Caribbean movies, including On Stranger Tides.
