Love jumping out of your skin?

I have been watching horror movies since I could stand. So long, that getting me to jump out of my seat isn't so easy these days. This movie is definitely one of the exceptions in my case. If you love watching horror movies, like myself, you have to go and see The Evil Dead. It was amazing. I think I might even go see this again.

FINALLY a HORROR flick

It makes me sad as what passes as a horror flick these days. Evil Dead is one of the few that actually delivers! Visually disturbing imagery, blood & gore and some good old fashioned scares are what you are gonna get. This movie had me holding on to my boyfriends arm throughout the whole movie...& that never happens. So get off your butt & go see it!

Nice remake of a classic

The plot was a lot more fleshed out in this movie than the original. Lots and Lots of gore. Another nod to the original. This movie has aspects from the earlier trilogy but is not campy in the least. Once the action starts it doesn't let up very much at all. The ending was different than what I expected but it worked out because it surprised me.

This was the best horror movie remake so far...Hands Down! Kept a lot of the same campiness of the original, but added some real fear factors too. I would recommend this to any horror film nut.

If you are looking for a good scary movie, then this movie isn't it. I was laughing the whole time through this movie.. It was soo predictable. I wouldn't waste your money on this movie. wait for netflix or rental. If your just looking for a movie that is extremely bloody and nothing else, then this movie has that.
