Debra (Patricia Heaton) doesn't care for the quality of children's books that Ally (Madlyn Sweeten) insists she read over and over again, night after night. Hoping to elevate the literature level in her household, Debra begins writing her own book--and persuades hubby Raymond (Ray Romano) to collaborate on the project. Alas, when the partners begin falling out over story material, content and other such niceties, and when Ray threatens to take over the project and leave Debra eating dust, it appears as though this fairy tale will not end "happily ever after." ~ All Movie Guide
