Thought some of the villian scenes might be a little intense for my 4-year-old, but she didnt' seem to mind. My 7-year-old liked it too. Overall a good family movie.

Took the grandkids to see this show.. They are asking to see it again so guess it's good. I thought it started a bit slow, but once you got into it it was good. Good story line, good effects and lots of action. Teaches kids about preserving our enviornemnt.

We loved this movie, the special effect were out of this world! My 5 year old and 10 year old girls found it very funny. The story line is very engaging, it even kept my 4year old in her seat till the end!

Not Epic as in "Epic"

What do I mean? There was nothing GREAT about this movie. It was visually appealing and had one or two very brief, entertaining scenes...but otherwise is was just DULL. I kept waiting to get invested into the story they were trying to tell, but it was just not there. I think my children laughed out loud twice. Not typical for my kids! I didn't hate the movie, I only hated that I paid full price and didn't wait for the cheap theater or DVD! Ho-hum.

Viewers are immediately invested with all of the characters and with the intricate special effects. Although we had to leave early because my grandson became quite ill, I definitely recommend "Epic" as a MUST SEE summer 2013 flick!!
