American screenwriter Ed Earl Repp first appeared on the movie scene in 1937. For the next two years, Repp was a principal writer on Dick Foran's Western series for Warner Bros. He then wrote for such other cowboy favorites as Johnny Mack Brown and Russell Hayden.
