Wonderful movie!!! I took my four year old granddaughter and she loved it. Was her first movie to go see. Great story and good example for children to learn from. Would recommend it for any audience.

Great movie with lots of memorable moments and quotes. Family fun for all ages.
Humorous on multiple levels - i.e "too big to fail"
Fairly true to the book, although it takes more of a "willy wonka" twist during the classical biggering, and biggering portion.

Anticapitalist movie at one point I couldn't believe it was this obvious. I'm shocked that this film will be use as indoctrinating our children. There were blatent songs about greed and the economy and the environment. What child do you know truly knows the word "economy"? I wouldnt have gone if I had know this in advance. Using children's movies as a political media is low.... Truly pathetic! We just want to be entertained, and it's a shame I paid 40.00 bucks to see this movie with my family and I came out in shock that it was that political! Save your money. Don't go and send a bigger message that we will not tolerate this for our children! Of no one else goes, they make no money themselves and then quit this practice!

Took my grandsons to watch the Lorax last night! Was very cute, but like most movies the best parts are in the previews. Six year old liked it and the three year old was ready to leave half way through.

The whole reason that my family and I went to see this movie was because we all loved the book and let's face it who can resist Danny DeVito's voice in an animated movie? This movie had my entire family laughing all the way through, it was genuinely entertaining and I will probably buy it so we can watch it again. This film was very witty and there was definitely some humor mixed in that only the adults would understand. All in all this was a great film, every aspect of the movie was well done and did not leave you wanting. So, whether you have kids or not you should go see this because it will make you laugh and the life lesson in the movie is not a "moral clubbing" as it was in Happy Feet.
