Doonby
BREAKING NEWS: Endeavor Cinema Group Doonby Review
When a film is endorsed by the Vatican, it has to be good right. Well this movie was not only good, it was the" knock you off your chair and just sit there minute catching your breath" kind of good. John Schneider was right on target with his portrayal of a drifter with no real history to speak of. Nobody knows who Sam Doonby really i,s but a rich, beautiful small town girl played by Jenn Gotzon is destined to find out. Jenn is a new name to theatrical feature films (Frost Nixon, The Hulk) but that moniker won't stick. Jenn's amazing performance drags you through the field, from a sexy sassy wild child that every man could love, to a desperate broken soul that even the toughest guy in town would cry for. The message in this film is not quite clear until you get in your car on the way home and then it hits you like a ton of bricks. In Hollywood nowadays, the ending is usually predictable. Not in this film. It's a must see.
