Prime, vintage Tarantino. A classic

An conventional story, over-the-top brutal carnage, a plot laced with the theme of revenge, can it get anymore signature from visionary director Quentin Tarantino? This has Oscar-magnet written all over it as Tarantino has delivered one of his finest films in years in terms of screenplay, direction, and execution to the letter. The cast was outstanding. Foxx, DiCaprio, Waltz, Jackson and Washington were all stupendous but Tarantino himself was the true star of the show for his screenplay was truly original and his vision just bursted to life from start to finish. One of the best films of 2012.

It has been a long time since going to movies have I witness the entire ordinance at a theater giving a movie a LOUD sounding applause at its completion. This movie deserved a standing ovation in my opinion and a lot of us there did give the standing ovation. I mean this movie was captivating to the end. Now I would not allow any young person to watch it due to the harsh profanity through out the movie. However, this is a movie that gets your attention. Jamie Foxx performance was outstanding and his supporting cast , Leonardo DiCaprio, Christoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington and the entire cast the same. I really enjoy it tremendously. Good story line, the good guy is meaner than the bad guys and he saves his girl. I really appreciate the happy ending.

One of the most exhilarating black movies since the days of Shaft in the 70's Definitely a MUST SEE. You will not be disappointed at paying full price. If you are you might want to check your own ideas of right, wrong and justice.

Ok, that movie was Dfantastic! (The "D" is silent.). Christophe Waltz is perfection. The entire cast was fabulous! Look for LOTS of "Was that...?" Tarantino continues to tell a great story with lots of laughs and even more blood. It's a modern-day, black spaghetti-western love story.

DJANGO fast paced

LeMiz only had front row seats and we jumped to DJANGO instead and were not disappointed. The many plots were fast action and the almost 2-1/2 hour movie went quickly. Acting was really good and the twists took your breath. It was a bit too Quentin Tarentino in that it was gratuitously violent and closing your eyes didn't diminish the images. Wonderful casting and even some lighter moments (but not a comedy) and the character development made you interested in what happened to them.
