100 out of 100 One of the best actions film ever in cinema history. That particular one sentence could explain the whole movie but there's more to come. With a protagonist so lovable and relate-able, Bruce Willis as John McClane and Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber, one of the most memorable villains of all time. Featuring spectacularly-crafted on screen cop chemistry. "Die Hard" is the Bruce Willis spotlight of movies.

So many movies spring boarded from this intense, well-paced action flick.

Definitely classic McLaine. Don't let the PG-13 scare you

Thought it was a great movie from start to finish. Obviously there were some hasty post-production edits made to keep it in the PG-13 area but yes, we both enjoyed the film very much. I wasn't a huge fan of Olyphant as the bad guy - but that's because I think his character as it was written was just a bit too dry for my tastes. Bruce doesn't miss a beat, though - he may be older and wiser, but he's still as tough as nails, and it shows.
