Excellent documentary. Skillfully stitched together by Frederic Tcheng and. Bent-Jorgen Perlmutter. I understand they had about four hours of material and were able to edit down
To a smoothly flowing 96 minutes which was just perfect.
Done with flair and creativity which the divine DV would have loved !
5 stars out of a possible 5 stars *****

An amazing, touching, and fun tribute to one of 20th century's most influential, important, and original persons. A critical see for the art or fashion student and a must see for everyone else!

A wacky, fun & superb doc. Diana was a true eccentric. She took her special and rare bird looks and made them work for her. It was fascinating to see how she brought unique beauties such as Cher, Streistand, and Penelope Tree and celebrated them on the pages of American Vogue. She took these funny ducklings and presented them as swans. She changed the standard of what Americans considered beautiful and for that alone women have a LOT to thank her for. I loved the doc, And I loved her wit. Her line GIVE 'EM WHAT THEY NEVER KNEW THEY WANTED.. Brilliant.. The editor and director didn't waste a SINGLE frame to tell the story of a fascinating women. BRAVO to them for all of the surprises and for telling a story of such an influential woman. Diana would love it.. and her standard was pretty damn high.

A well-made documentary about the interesting life of Diana Vreeland. She had a most unusual perspective of the fashion world and how it related to other aspects of life.

I left the theatre feeling inspired and affrimed and ready to celebrate my uniqueness. I find myself open to seeing what's new and unique in "everyday" people.
And what a collection of over-the-top witticisms. "A planet without panthers? Who'd want to come here?"
Yes. It's a must-see whether you're a fashion maven or not.
