Again, as good (maybe even better) than the first. My son (9) loved it and there were some really funny parts that kept us adults laughing. My only thumbs down (and it occurs more and more with kids' movies today) is the farting and burping that is now mainstream. I DISGUSTS me that Hollywood seems this low-brow humor is entertaining for kids. To me it promotes kids supporting and doing these behaviors. Other than that...Great Movie!

It was a cute movie, I took my 10yr old, 6yrs old & 3yr old grand kids...the two older ones enjoyed, the 3yr old was done once the popcorn was gone.

This is a GREAT Family flick!! A little formulaistic in some of their story telling, but still a great sequel! Not perfect...with the new characters, great fun....been great if Jason Segal made an appearance...but otherwise... FUN FUN FUN!! IN 3D!!!

This movie was hallarious!! I went twice. Once with one of my twins then with the other twin. They absolutely loved it. Especially the part where they were fighting all the purple minuions with jelly guns!

Ok, but NOT as good as DM #1

Good kids movie for family outing. But DM2 was more of a gag reel, mainly focused on the Minions. It was a bit short on plot. Quite predictable... Gru is single, daughters are motherless, Gru meets female spy, and you know the rest. Although I give it a passing grade, I don't grade it as high as the critics are grading it. But, like I said, my young kids enjoyed it. I will say this... We saw the film in 2D, but it looked like it would be fun to watch it in 3D. There were many camera angles that appeared that they would come off well in the 3D version.
