I have not even looked to see how critics rated this movie. I simply don't care. I needed a movie that didn't require a lot of my thought. I loved this movie, it made me laugh and cry. It also celebrated a regular person who is just trying to figure it all out. We definitely need a lot of heroes in life and movie makers are providing plenty of them. This movie just introduces us to a guy that drives a meat truck, loves his family, his girlfriend and messes up a lot. It also introduced the idea that even if you don't have the financial wherewithal to do right by your kids you can let them know that they are important to you and that they make you proud. In a culture in which we are buying our kids pricey technology, cars, clothes and paying for expensive educations it's good to remember that they just need to know we are there.

Very entertaining, not the standard one of four plots from Hollywood. I thought i was very good. I left the movie with a good feeling and liked the acting, story-line, production and motive of this film. Perfect for this time of year.

I went, thinking that it would probably be a so, so movie. I was, as the title of this review states, Delightfully Surprised! Beyond that, actually. I loved it! You should go. It is moving AND funny, all at the sane time. Ten thumbs up, as far as I'm concerned.

It was a nice movie with a different twist; it didn't have so much comedy as my husband and I thought would but it was ok. The topic is probably more for adults, don't think is a subject kids would understand. The acting was good, everything else was good. Is not a movie to watch again.

Vincent's character wasn't likeable enough. I understand that's how he is suppose to be. But too many issues created by the character that made you... mad at the character. Reminds you of the negative traits in friends or family members that you hate. Why would you want to spend ten bucks to escape to this?
