If you like Jason Statham and like action movies this one is perfect! This has tons of action and is a great movie overall!!!
Nothing like the original! With that notion out of ones head it is a decent action movie that is heavy on the action and light on the plot. Drive, kill, win, repeat, freedom, not really...
There isn't much substance here, but chances are if you are looking at this review you don't care. The action is heart pounding, and hardcore. Jason delivers as usual and I really enjoyed it. If you want mindless violence delivered in a well made and gritty package, Death Race is for you, otherwise you should probably just go watch Milk.
So I know my review is really late but I will still share my input :DThe movie was great. It had a lot of points in the movie where the characters were open but still maintained the midset that this movie is based in prison. The movie fit together well. The movie wasn't predictable but at times did give hints about what might happen next. In the end you can't help but point and laugh at the warden or anyone else.Its also kind of scarey to think that this is what people would predict the economy to be years from now if it continued to spiral. Overall this movie was great. The characters did awesome yet knowing the history of Jason S it would be quite impossible to make a bad movie.I saw it with my boyfriend and he liked it as well as my 4 other friends. Two thumbs up. And I must add Tyrese G definitly was fine and sexy in this movie haha
