Two cone men, a set-up, and a drug deal gone awry set the stage for disastrous comedy in this freshman effort from writer/producer/director Todd Hughes. Though they may, indeed, be low men on the totem pole, hit men Carl (Craig Lauzon) and Lewis (Hayden Baptiste) are quick to finger Cecil (Brad Ganes), the town's newest addition to the criminal element, as the man behind a botched exchange.
